Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. This is such a late post. I was supposed to post this on Wednesday but didn`t get the chance until now. The week was crazy and tiring for me, so I hope my dear readers will forgive me. :(

Egg salad has always been one of those foods I have always heard about, but never tired it before. Most likely has to do with the fact that my parents are Chinese and have not heard about it before.

Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Pie

Here`s is the finale to Cookies and Cream week! I`m ending it with Cookies and Cream ice cream pie!

Yep, it tastes as scrumptious as it sounds, people. ;)

This was my first time making an ice cream pie, but once I saw a Snickers ice cream pie recipe in one of the Cook Illustrated magazines, I started dreaming up of this pie. It never occurred to me to make a pie with ICE CREAM. My favorite food, ever! I about died.

Cookies and Cream Rice Krispies Treats

This week is going to be as awesome as Oreos cookies. Why? Because, this week on my blog, it`s Cookies and Cream Week!! Yep, WEEK.

You`ve guessed it, this whole week, I will be sharing Cookies and Cream/Oreo recipes. Why? Because I love love love Oreos. I loved them as a kid and I love them now. My sisters love them and my friends love them...so naturally, I`ve tried a lot of recipes involving this delicious cookie. ♥

Strawberry Poke Cake with Lime Whipped Cream

We see lots of berries over the summer. I love seeing all of them lined up at grocery stores since I love love love berries in my baked goods. Strawberry season ends around August apparently, so why not take advantage of those luscious berries and make a cake that celebrates summer, before summer ends next week?

So, I made this poke cake. And, it`s super duper delicious. I think I`m going to add this with one of my favorites dessert list, because it`s just so darn GOOD.

Mint Ice Cream

I`ve told you guys before that I love mint chip ice cream...so I definitely want to try more than just one recipe. Hehe. This is another recipe where I used peppermint extract instead of real mint leaves.

This recipe definitely has more of a refreshing mint taste instead of the real herbal mint leaves from infusing it into the milk mixture.

PW's Blackberry Cobbler

I adore the Pioneer Woman. Many love her while some dislike her (I`m not sure why, though). Her dishes are wonderful--well, from the ones I`ve tried.

This blackberry cobbler is one them and it was DELICIOUS. I totally loved it. I cut down the recipe, since I didn`t need leftover baked goods in my apartment. Haha~

Coffee Toffee Ice Cream

I love coffee ice cream and have been searching and saving lots of recipes for months. The problem I`ve been encountering is that I don`t have coffee beans, coffee granules, instant coffee or coffee anything. Because I don`t drink coffee. I only drink mocha frappacinos because it`s all icy and has chocolate. tehe ♥ That, and this Japanese coffee milk drink during finals week when I stay up to like 4am studying. Even then, I only need about 1/4 cup of it to keep me awake. LOL.

However, I love coffee flavor things like ice cream and candy. Omg, I do love coffee candy. (ahem, I love candy in general. It`s like I`m a kid. Hey, I`m only 21...so still a kid, basically.)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes

I don`t bake cupcakes or cakes often. Sure, they`re not my most favorite baked goods--but I do enjoy delicious cakes and cupcakes. Only if they`re delicious though. ;)

I follow a lot of blogs and a lot of those blogs often post gorgeous looking cakes and cupcakes. I, however, can`t imagine eating more than 4 or 5 of my own cupcakes. Let alone know what to do when I make a batch of 2 dozen+ cupcakes. I would give them to my friends...but you see, they got tired of eating baked goods.

Sad, sad truth. I wish that it didn`t happen. But, it did.
